6. AVAILABILITY
The articles presented on our website are only available for Portugal and Spain.

9. SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

At the time of purchase, the customer will be provided with various shipping options as well as estimated delivery times, and the customer can select the one that is most convenient for them.
Orders for delivery to PO boxes are not accepted.
Shipping costs to mainland Portugal and islands
We offer free shipping for orders over €45.00 to mainland Portugal and for orders over €75.00 to the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores, with the exception of those containing fibre filling, as this is a product with a large volumetric weight. In any case, we recommend that you consult us in advance in these cases.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
10. DELIVERY TIMES
The company Anabela Cristina Leite da Silva Vaz only ships from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment, and will be dispatched within a maximum period of 48 hours, to which will be added the transport time which depends on the carrier and the destination of your order.
Any delay in the dispatch of products in relation to the estimated dates does not give the Customer the right to compensation.

12. RETURNS

In these cases, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In this case, we will assume all transport costs.
