Product information
Made from a blend of 74% baby alpaca, 8% merino and 18% polyamide, DROPS Sky is super soft and luxurious, with a texture similar to DROPS Air, but in a much more complex structure where the yarn forms a tube, making it very lightweight, breathable and extremely durable.
Ideal for large projects such as blankets, ponchos, coats and pullovers, as well as for warm accessories like shawls, hats and scarves, DROPS Sky results in beautifully textured pieces when knitted in the classic stockinette stitch, and also provides excellent results in textured or twisted stitches.
This yarn is certified by Oeko-Tex® (certificate number 25.3.0040), Standard 100, Class I by INNOVATEXT TEXTILE ENGINEERING AND TESTING, HUNGARY. This means it has been tested and is completely free of hazardous substances and is considered safe for both humans and the environment. Class I is the highest level of certification and means the yarn is suitable for baby items (ages 0-3 years).
